He is the undisputed king of the Arctic – white, strong and wonderfully majestic to look at. And he is a member of a threatened species because the Arctic pack ice is melting due to climate change and is restricting enormously the polar bear’s living space.

With this watch edition, BERING would like to help to protect the life of the polar bears in the Arctic. BERING has for this purpose designed two SLIM CERAMIC watches with black and white ceramic elements in a brilliant gold tone and matt IP gunmetal.

The watches are a limited edition of 2,000 units, each of which is consecutively numbered.

BERING will donate 100% of the net profits to Polar Bears International for every watch in the special edition that it sells. 

The polar bear special edition is available in the trade from the spring of 2011.
